Sue Harris has over 25 years experience in consumer and business-to-business public relations gained from working both in-house and in top UK agencies. Sue set up Westbury Communications in 1992, following six years at leading London agency, GCI, where she ran the consumer division.
Consumer clients have included well-known names such as Sharwoods, Ribena, Energizer, Friskies, Winalot and ASDA.
Sue is an expert on consumer generic campaigns and has worked consistently over the past 20 years for one or more generics ranging from the Ice cream made with Dairy Cream Campaign to the EU funded campaign to promote the positive aspects of drinking milk, Food & Wine from France, California Wine, Wines of Chile and the Stilton Cheesemakers Association. Most recently, Sue and her team were short-listed for the Drinks Business best trade campaign award for their campaign to promote Argentinian wine in the UK (result: a 40% volume increase over a 9 month period).
Sue is also an expert on issues and crisis management having guided a number of food companies, such as Sutcliffe Catering, through the many food scares of the 1980s including BSE, salmonella and listeria. Sue also worked for the Milk Marketing Board where she handled the media following the introduction of milk quotas.
Business to business clients have included Sutcliffe Catering, Landmark Cash & Carry, Lucas Ingredients and Dalgety Food Ingredients. Work for these clients included corporate positioning, internal magazines, producing company-wide materials for pan-European markets and co-ordinating pan-European exhibitions.
Sue has won a number of awards over the years, most notably for California Wine, Two Oceans and the Winalot sponsorship of the Scottish Search and Rescue Dog Association.

Naomi has eight years experience in the wine trade, and has spent the last 3 years at Westbury Communications, currently as Account Director.
Since starting at Westbury Communications, Naomi has worked with retailers, generic groups, exhibitions and individual brands including Marks & Spencer, South of France wines, Codorníu, DGB, Montes, Nobilo and The London International Wine & Spirits Fair.
Before joining Westbury Communications, Naomi worked at Paragon Vintners for over four years in their Customer Services Department, handling customer enquiries, dealing with marketing projects and also contributed to a pro-active London sales initiative. While at Paragon Vintners, Naomi gained the WSET higher certificate.
Naomi graduated from University College London with an honours degree in French - she spent a year working in the South of France. Naomi plans to work towards the WSET diploma.

Charlie joined Westbury Communications in March 2007 as an Account Manager having gained four years experience within the wine industry.
Prior to working with Westbury Communications, Charlie was the manager at Handford Wines, a specialist independent wine shop whose focus is on fine wines and specialist wine producers from around the world. Whilst working there he gained his WSET diploma.
Charlie, who speaks fluent French, has extensive knowledge of wine having been responsible for buying at Handfords which required numerous visits to vineyards around the world, especially those in France. Charlie also organised all of Handfords wine tastings.
Charlie graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Biology and Geography. He worked as a Scuba diving instructor for Club Med and then as a software developer in Chicago for 3 years before moving into the wine trade.

Aurélia’s wine credentials are impeccable - her family are winemakers in Burgundy, she studied at the CFPPA in Beaune and has spent over ten years working in the wine trade in France, the USA and the UK for well known companies such as Boisset/Jaffelin Beaune, Antonin Rodet Mercurey, Vineyard Brands Alabama, and latterly OW Loeb.
Aurélia joined Westbury in early 2007 to work on AOC Languedoc, Blason de Bourgone and Castel. She brings with her a wealth of experience of the wine trade, specifically PR, marketing, design and publishing as well as logistics, distribution and developing export markets.

James has nine years experience in trade and consumer public relations. He began his career working for various London PR agencies, including Kinross and Render, and GCI, before accepting his first role in the wine industry as Public Relations Manager for E&J Gallo Winery. At Gallo, he had responsibility for the UK and Ireland and managed the re-launch of the Gallo Family Vineyards brand and Chilean brand, Vina Chilcaya, in both markets.
James joined Westbury Communications in March 2007 as an Account Director and leads the PR campaigns for De Bortoli, Nobilo, Anakena and WWF.
James is a graduate of the University of Leeds, where he read French and Latin.
