Bodegas Nuestro de Diaz Bayo is part of Premium Fincas, a company with a collection of premium wineries in Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rias Baixas, Rueda and Cava. The winery has 35 hectares of Tempranillo vines in Fuentelcesped (Burgos), growing at an altitude of 900m in limestone rich soils. Isaac Fernandez Montaña is the winemaker, and has worked with some of the top wineries in the region.

The winery is committed to sustainable and artisanal production, and all the grapes come from its own vineyards, often from old vines. Some of Nuestro de Diaz Bayo’s vines date back to 1865, and one of the wines it vinifies is made exclusively from pre-phyllorexic vines.
