Bodegas y Viñedos Gallego Zapatero is a family run winery situated in Anguix. They have 9 hectares of vines spread across Valdepalacios, San Miguel, Otero, La Morris, Camino Viejo, Molino, La Nava, Dujos, and Pincharatas. All the grapes come from their own low yielding vineyards which are farmed organically.

The winery produces two estate wines which are vinified from a number of different parcels, soil types and altitudes. They also release four single vineyard wines: Yotuel Finca La Nava, Yotuel Finca Camino Viejo, Yotuel Finca Valdepalacios, and Yotuel Finca San Miguel.
