Dominio del Soto was founded in 2005 by Michel Chapoutier. The winery is situated in Sotillo de la Ribera in Burgos, and has 16 hectares of organically certified vines. The Tempranillo vineyards grow on clay-limestone and sandy soils, at altitudes of 850-900m. Dominio del Soto make two wines: a Roble and a Crianza. The winery is currently converting to biodynamic farming.
