Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas was founded in 2004 by the Galician entrepreneur Carlos Gómez Davila. The winery and vineyards are located in Castrillo de Duero, Valladolid.

The winery works with Tempranillo, applying careful vineyard management techniques to make the most of their terroir. They have around 40 hectares under vine, and the winemaker is Álvaro Bueno.
