The winery is owned by Bodegas y Viñedos del Linaje Garsea. This third generation family winery was founded in 1888 in Toledo. The winery is located in Aranda de Duero, in the town of Castrillo de la Vega. The 85 hectares of Tempranillo vineyards are spread across a number of different soil types and altitudes ranging from 700 to 900m.

The wines are made by Jose Carlos Garcia Agudo, and the philosophy is one of minimal intervention and respect for the environment. “Our passion for creating a sustainable environment, combined with a lot patience and our knowledge in the winery, means that we can create wines that truly express the land from which they came from, without irrigation or any additives or preservatives.”
