Viña Matey is an organic winery based in Fuentespina, Burgos. Established in 2010, the owner and oenologist is Juan Miguel Andrés Matey. The winery’s 3.5 hectares of Tempranillo vines are located in Aranda de Duero Burgos.

The grapes are hand harvested and matured in oak barrels between 4 up to 12 months. Their flagship wine Carrequemada is barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in barrel.
