Located in San Esteban de Gormaz (Soria), Viñedos y Bodegas Gormaz was founded in 1972 and was one of the founding wineries of the Ribera del Duero appellation.

70% of the vineyards are over 80 years old, and some of the parcels are home to centennial vines. María José García leads the young winemaking team here. The winery is currently converting to organic farming, and aims to make the best quality wine that can capture the character of their vineyard sites.
