Westbury is a wine-specific PR, trade relations and market development consultancy.
We run highly tailored campaigns that are carried out annually or on a project-by-project basis, responding to the individual needs of each client. Our clients range from small artisan wineries to specific regions, global brands and UK based wine businesses and retailers.
Westbury was founded in 1992 by Sue Harris, Managing Director, who has over 25 years experience in the UK and international wine trade.
We have a professional and dynamic approach to the industry and are widely regarded as one of the top wine agencies in the UK.
All Westbury staff are wine qualified and have worked in the wine industry before joining Westbury.
Sue established Westbury in 1992, following six years as a director of the top ten PR agency, GCI, part of the American Grey Group. Under Sue's direction the agency has become the leading wine PR and marketing specialist working for retailers, generics, soft brands and larger brands from all over the globe.

Faye has eight years of experience in the wine industry. Following a couple of years as a sommelier, Faye moved to New Zealand in search of a winemaking position, ultimately staying for five harvests across several regions, including Oregon and Hampshire. Now, with a Diploma under her belt and plenty of practical experience, Faye has made the jump in to Wine PR, and has quickly sunk her teeth into the nitty gritty side of the industry, establishing herself as our resident wine nerd.
Caitlin grew up in Christchurch, in New Zealand’s southern island. Through her exposure to vineyards and wineries growing up, Caitlin has nurtured a growing curiosity in wine.
After finishing her degree in Communications at the University of Canterbury, Caitlin moved to London. Eager to develop her knowledge of European wines, and the UK wine trade as a whole, Caitlin found herself frequenting North London’s various wine bars. In 2023, Caitlin finally took the plunge and joined Westbury, turning hobby into profession.
Anny first caught the wine bug back in 2015. After doing a harvest in the Loire she decided to leave publishing and throw herself into the wine trade. After working for an importer for several years in wine buying and comms, she joined the Westbury team. She now uses her knowledge of the UK market to help wineries and generics work out the best route to market.
Dan first experienced the wine trade on a pair of internships with Westbury while studying at university. Beginning his WSET qualifications in 2020, Dan has made the jump to the industry full-time, specialising in PR and Social Media, primarily helping brands expose their products to the UK market through influencer engagement.
