There will be the rare chance to taste individual examples of indigenous grape varieties from SW France as well as microvinifications of the long-lost grape varieties as well as a selection of wines available in the UK, alongside a few currently seeking representation.

- 11.00-12.30 - Ampelography & Climage change: indigenous red varieties from Gascony
- 15.00-16.30 - Blending seminar: indigenous white varieties from Gascony & Grands Vins of St Mont
We hope to see you there!
